Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia
My ex-girlfriend has left a bunch of clothes and other personal belongings at my home and has not attempted to pick them up after several requests on my part. Can I give the stuff to Goodwill due to lack of space for myself and are there repercussions if I do?

Send her written notice that she must come and pick up her
items of personal property within 60 days or you will dispose of them
as you see fit.
