I own a house I am trying to get the people out . I pay the electric and water. Can I legally have the water and electric off. I live in Virginia.

Np, turning off the water and electricity could backfire on you and possibly make you liable

for legal sanctions.

Like any other landlord who has tenants who are allegedly in default on whatever lease (if there

is one) at issue, you need to start eviction proceedings at your local general district

court to have these folks legally removed from your property after giving them sufficient written notice

to vacate by a date certain.
