Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

Landlord Selling Property to Big Box Store

Landlord is in negotiations to sell property that we are leasing in to a big box store. We are in a lease to the end of 2009, but they are already talking about tearing the building down by next May. What are my rights as a tenant in good standing?

Re: Landlord Selling Property to Big Box Store
