Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Virginia

two part question

Two part question: 6 dys ago my landlord states she didn't recieve money orders, to a address that she asked me to send it to (her vaction home), she asked me to put a stop payment reissue reguest in, which I did. But it takes up to thirty days for refund, she said okay and then two days latter asked why I hadn't gotten them and told me to make them reissue as she wanted the money the next day. She calls my job and sends me 6 emails a day. I explained that I have done what she reguested and am waiting on the refund. Do I have to continue to answer emails and such, Also, My money orders never got lost when I mailed them to addres stated in the lease. Must I continue to send them else where? Also, For five months I have asked her to fix heat, outlets that don't work, the faucets in bathroom and kitchen, also leaks, disposal has never worked and smelled. Nothing stays plugged in, Yet My electric bill for a one bedroom is 177.00 per month and I work 11 hrs a day 6 dys a week. and no the condo association has decided (last week)everyone on the second floor has to have wall to wall carpeting, She says this is my responsibility. What are my advailable actions on the above.

Re: two part question

No, you don't have to respond to incessant emails for information that you've already provided.

However, as to your other issues, it may be time for you to start looking for another residence(if you haven't already started such a search).
