Release from Contract.

If you have complained to the rental office repeatedly about noise from someone over you and called the Sheriff numerous times about noise and fighting in the hallways, is it against the law to refuse to release you from a rental agreement?

It's unlikely that what you've described would qualify as what's known in legal parlance as a

constructive eviction which would allow you to escape from your current lease without sanctions.
