Security Deposit Reimbursements

Security deposits not returned to Tenants from Landlord within the time specified on the lease agreement but reimbursed at a later date should include what percentage of late fees?

Typically, late fees do not accrue unless specified by the contract/lease. Depending upon the applicable law, landlords have thirty to forty-five days in which to refund security deposits. If they took longer than that, then normally court action is necessary to collect late fees, but you would then incur legal expenses.
