Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Virginia
a business competitor opened a package( that was delivered by a distributor) for my client placed her business card with a note to forward to their buyer put in package and retaped it, then called the business where package was going to see if they wanted to pick up at their office. Then had package sent back to my office.
