Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Virginia
I installed a heat pump in Oct. 2010, the home owners hired another contractor to move the heat pump. Now it is not working. They want me to fix it. It worked until it was moved in April 2011. The contractors that moved it did not installed a dryer to keep metal shavings from entering the system. Am I responsible to fix it when another contractor moved it? Thanks in Virginia
