If you were to sue someone for medical malpractice and it has been 10 years, is it too late?

Yes, most likely so unless the victim of this medical malpractice, perhaps, was a minor at the time it allegedly occurred and the exception(s) to the statute of limitations which normally apply to such claims

in regard to minors are still valid and have not yet expired.
