Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

3 month old son injured at daycar

My 3 month old son was ''dropped'' at daycare. He was diagnosed with two skull fractures and a subdural hematoma. Not only that, the lady at daycare lied and has, so far, told 4 different stories as to what happened. Knowing the extend of his injury, she kept him there all day and did not seek medical attention.

you should call me. We have successfully handled cases against a national day care provider. Hope your infant is okay, but if you call we can discuss this in greater detail.

My heart goes out to you and your family. I hope your son recovers quickly with no lasting effects.

This needs to be reported to the appropriate authorities. It is almost certainly negligence and the basis for a civil claim against the daycare provider. It may be symptomatic of a more serious problem. You should contact a lawyer promptly.
