Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

I was backing into a parking space in a parking lot. I got halfway into the space and then was hit on the side by another car. The impact was not head on but scrapped the door and made marks all the way to the back of the car causing ~$900 in damage. Who is at fault?
