Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

Car Service Accident

I was getting a ride home from a repair shop yesterday. The employee of the repair shop and I were involved in an accident. The employee of the repair shop was charged with the accident. I haven't gotten the police report yet. I'm seeing a doctor today for stiff neck and visable brusies on my ribs. Do I have any recourse for medical bills, pain and suffering and the company putting my life in danger with an incompetent driver?? Thanks

Re: Car Service Accident

You may well have a good case (against the repair shop). Get medical attention immediately. Give no statement to their insurance company or anybody else except your own attorney. Find an attorney right away, as you could lose the right to recover damages if you wait too long.
