Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

chipped tooth at restaurant

Earlier today I ordered a roastbeef sandwich from a fastfood restaurant and when I bit into it I chipped a porcelon veneer on my tooth. Besides the pain I also am scheduled to see a dentist Monday to repair the veneer. I saved the bone and my receipt. Can I ask the fast food restaurant to pay for the damage to my tooth? Do I have a case?
