I fell into an unmarked four foot hole at night during a renovation at my place of work.I was injured and required surgery no my knee. I still suffer pain and do not have full range of motion. Do I have any legal standing ????

Assuming your employer is covered by workman's compensation,
you should file a claim for this injury which apparently you
suffered at your worksite.
