Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

What liability am I taking on (if any) with neighborhood children playing on our play set should someone get hurt? I live in Virginia if that matters.

The answer probably lies with your homeowner's insurance policy,

the amount of coverage you have, whether there are any exclusions

which might include this play set or any other provisions in

your policy which could impact the issue of your possible

liability for the situation described.

You may wish to have your policy reviewed with a representative

of your insurance carrier for any possible changes that might need to

be made to account for these neighborhood children coming onto

your property to play.
