Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

How long can you wait before contacting the venue about an injury that occured on their site? (an unknown woman passed out at a concert causing me to fall and broke my arm...I had to have surgery & have been out of work for a month...)

Assuming those responsible for putting on the concert had the

necessary insurance that would provide coverage for the kind

of injury which you claim to have received, you should contact

them as soon as possible and with credible evidence of the

injury which you supposedly received at the concert performance.

And, hope that it is not already too late for them to entertain such a claim

a month or more after the date that it should've been brought to their attention.
