can a person be sued for the same motorcycle accident twice?

yes, if there is more than one plaintiff and/or for personal injury or property damage. One person cannot sue more than once for the same damages unless the first suit was dismissed without prejudice or non-suited, or appealed from the general district court to circuit court.
