residentail property
since 02/07-present we have been going back and forth witha fence company for them to complete our yard and is still not done. they keep giving us the run around and also what they have done so far is unsatisfactory.

If you've paid the fence company in accordance with an agreement and they've failed to deliver what was promised with rspect to the terms of the agreement, then you could sue the company in small claims court for the recovery of some if not all of the money which you paid for the proper completion of the work.
