Legal Question in Product Liability in Virginia
tobacco company
i need to find out any settlements made by any tobacco company in recent years. i haven't been able to locate them on Lexis or westlaw. if anyone knows where to find them, i'd apreciate. it can be a settlement in Virginia or in another state.

Tobacco settlements
Settlements are not reported on Lexis, Westlaw,or usually anywhere else. Those services and the case reporters only report judicial decisions, and usually only appellate cases.
