If you're still thinking about buying out your sisters' ownership shares of this property, you should move

forward expeditiously with your offer before any further litigation ensues in the circuit court which

could involve the court setting a date for trial unless there's a settlement between the parties (you and

your sisters).

As for how long you might have to move out of the property if you cannot settle with your sisters, that

would likely involve a numbers of factors, including the time it would take for the matter to proceed in court

to a judicially ordered sale of the property and how long the new owner(s) would be willing to

give you to vacate the premises (among other factors).
