Want to evict former wife and boyfriend from a property I own. No lease has been entered into and no rent has been paid.

For the situation described, I believe that you will have to go
through standard eviction procedures required of landlords who wish to evict tenants from their property, i.e., an unlawful
detainer action through your local general district court unless
there is already a court order which may relate to this matter
as a result of your divorce from this former wife.
