Eviction of my son

I have a 23 year old son who my wife and I want out of our home. He will not find a job or can't keep a job, he does not help in any way. He staels from us. (money) We are ready to do what needs to be done to have him removed from our home. So where do I need to start?

Assuming that your son is not mentally impaired nor incapable of living on his own and supporting himself, then you must give him your written notice that he must vacate your home by a date certain or that he will considered a trespasser and subject to removal by local law enforcement authorities.

And, then, if he continues to refuse to vacate by this date certain, you will have to call local law enforcement to take matters in hand.
