Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I was issue a summons for a judgement that was given to a timeshare company in 2004. Here it is 2010 and now I was issue a summons to come to court again for the same bill with my bank. Can I go to court again for the same thing. The company already won judgement in 2004? What can I do?

While they can't sue again, they can issue a garnishment summons (to your employer or bank), or an interrogatories summons (to make you come to court and tell them about your assets and income), provided you have not satisfied the judgment. Also, if it's a timeshare, they may be able to sue you again for ongoing assessments accruing after the last lawsuit.
