Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

Marital home ordered to be sold in divorce decree of parents. Both parents passed away before home was sold. No wills by either one, as far as we know, and no estate when they died. 10 children in total. House is in major disrepair and uninhabitable for several years. Who owns the property? What can they do with it?
