predatory lender

5/2007 got into loanw/ home funds direct that we did not really want but loan manager faxed letter stating that we would only be in loan for 3 mos than go to a 6.5 rate w/ 1% orig fee although they already charged 3.5% on loan. 3 mos. later hfd shut down and parent company accreditted home lenders stated they cannot help b/c they are not sevicing any loans. This in in addition to other inaccurracies on loan.

So, your question is what, do you still owe this loan (that you claim you really didn't want)?
