Can i but my property in some eles name and leave the loan the same? You see i receive s.S.I they say if i sell or rent they will hold it against me but they do not give me enough to live on. So woundering if i could transfer deed so i can rent or sell it. And if i could how can i pertect myself from being taken.

No, such a transfer would likely be regarded as for fraudulent purposes and therefore reversible (in my opinion and if I have understood the question correctly).
