There is a property judgement placed erroneously against my home . How do I settle this property issue including removing this lein against my property?

If the judgement is erronerous, you should challenge it and move to have it

vacated in the court in which it was entered. However, if such is not the case

and the judgment is valid, you should contact the judgment creditor to

make arrangements to satisfy(pay off) the judgment and have the creditor

execute and record a release of the lien against your property.
