Quitclaim Issue

I am a resident of Nashville, TN. The property in question is co-owned by my brother and sister and is located in King George County, Virginia. Do I need a Quitclaim form from Virginia or Tennessee?

It's not clear, exactly, from your question, as to who is quitclaiming what to whom and where, but, commonly, such transactions utilize the forms of the state where the property is located.
