Rent to own real estate

Where can I find basic information on how a ''rent to own'' agreement would work. I am wanting to sell a property to a current renter

You may be able to find and download a

copy of such an agreement from this web site or other legally oriented web sites. However, it would be strongly advisable for you to consult with an attorney regarding such an agreement before you attempt to implement it with your current tenant.

A local real estate agent or broker may also have examples of such "rent to own" agreements which they might be willing to share with you.
