business to customer harassment
Is there any viable claim that can be pursued if there was sexual harassment from a business to a customer. Specifically, a pornographic video accompanied a purc hased retail item ( we didn't buy or want the video)

No, if I understand accurately what you're asking. Sexual harassment laws concern employers and their employees and are not applicable to a business and its customers.
