Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

What Are My Rights Now? - Part II

I posted this question before, but after going over & over everything I thought of a few more details that may help. In May 2006 I began a new job. During my training period, my instructor was VERY flirtatious with me & it made me uncomfortable. He then became my manager. His behavior continued & in August 2006, he then placed his hand on my upper thigh at a social function & proceded to tell me how ''far I would go in the company & how he would do everything he could to help me rise to the top.'' Later that night he invited me to stay in his hotel room - to which I didn't even respond. His uncomfortable statements continued with incidents in December 2006, March 2007, and lastly at the end of July 2007. I was put on bedrest the last 6 weeks of pregnancy & he required 3 doctor's notes. The last one had to be very ''explicit'' detailing exactly what was happening to my body. After I returned to work from maternity leave, he completely changed. He now has turned on me - calling my performance poor, telling me to look for another job, etc. He's always been a creep, but now I feel my job is in jeopardy! I know I have 300 days for EEOC - does the dr's note incident even count? What is my best option? (P.S. My employer is government.)
