Legal Question in Tax Law in Virginia

How do I file 2024 taxes on my single member LLC when it’s been unprofitable since it started in June 2023 but I’ve transferred $1k from my personal to business account to pay for $400 in business related expenses/startup costs? Long story short, I have not made any money and I’m down $400, how do I file taxes in VA state?
