Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia

1st offense 20 years, 88/60 mph on Chesapeake interstate. I am moving to Florida next week what can I do? I haven't been feeling well and that's why I began to rush once I got close to my exit because I really did not think I would make it home before...

Assuming that you were charged with reckless driving, you would be well advised to

retain the services of a Virginia lawyer who is experienced with how traffic law is conducted in

the Chesapeake General District Court (assuming that's where you were charged) to represent

you in this criminal offense, and that you do it before leaving for Florida.
