Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia

Accused of hitting another car

I was at a party and left after drinking and got stopped, got a DUI. Two days later a girl from the party contacted me and said I had hit her car. I do not recall hitting her car and my car has no evidence that I had hit another car. She stated that she had not seen me hit her car, but others at the party had. Now I don't know what I should do? Do I give her my insurance info or what? How should I handle this?

I would suggest that you hire an attorney who is competent to represent you in both the criminal and civil matters.

Re: Accused of hitting another car

Do not proceed further until you get an enquiry from any authority. Since your car is not carrying any mark it may be a small touch definitely not a hit. Forget the issue and relax. [email protected] Mobile: +91-9334217032

You should consult an attorney before you talk to her or anyone else.
