Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia

Hi, I have a bench warrant in Alexandria,va for missing a court day. I was out of town for a funeral and my lawyer (PB) knew this... im also have a P.O in fairfax unsupervised for dui classes...and i was wondering if she will find out when i go see her my next meeting with her. and will i get a bond for the bench warrant ???? I really need some advice : (

It would seem high time that you check in with the lawyer who was/is

representing you on the case that was the basis for the issuance of the bench warrant as this would appear to be the individual who is probably in the best position to advise you on these various issues.
