Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Class U Felony
My brother was stopped twice in the span of 30 days and issued Class U Felony Driving on a Suspended tickets. We just found out his classification was changed from 6 to class 1. He has a LONG history of driving on a suspended and DUI's spanning the last 10 years or so. Any idea how much he is facing?

Your brother needs a criminal defense attorney to represent him in this matter who should be able to address this and other questions.
As for a Class U felony and driving on "suspended tickets", I've no idea as to what you're talking about.
