Court on suspended license
I have to go to court on 01/03 for driving on suspended license, but I still don't have license due to my Inmigration status, what can I do at the court?

Explain it to the prosecutor and see whether she/he will agree to some kind of reduced charge disposition such as NVOL (No Valid Operator's License)in return for your plea of guilty..
If you did not receive actual notice from the DMV regarding the suspension that would also be a legal defense to the charge of DWS(Driving While Suspended).
