Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia

I have to go to court because I was doing 41 in a 25. The vehicle I was driving was old and the gas pedal got stuck as I was going up a hill. I have not had a tickets in 3 years and prior to that I had not received a ticket in 4 years. What can I do other than be honest to not have this ticket on my record?

In some jurisdictions, the prosecutor will speak to you prior to appearing before judge and pleading guilty or not guilty, or no contest. Web: www.sherylshanelaw.com. Attorney Sheryl Shane.
