Prayer For Judgement inVA

My husband was going 100 mph in a 65. He wants to know if he can receive a prayer for judgement. If not what is his options. Can he get it reduce so it will be 15 miles under the speed limit or do he need an attorney for that.

Re: Prayer For Judgement inVA

Virginia does not have a prayer for judgment. At 100 in a 65, no judge will reduce this to 15 mph over the speed limit. You need to be concerned about your husband going to jail for this.

A prayer for judgment is not a Virginia concept.

If he was charged with reckless driving, and I would have to assume he would be at 100 MPH, then this is extremely serious and you need to get a laywer EXPERIENCED in this type of thing.

What County is this in?
