Prayer for Judgement in NC
I was given a ticket for failure to change lanes away from an emergency vehicle. I was told it would be 4pts. on my record. I went to court and they (NC) reduced it to ''Prayer for Judgement''. How will that be received in Virginia. The judge said in NC a Prayer For Judgement doesn't show up on the record, but he doesn't know how its handled in Va.

Keep your fingers crossed and follow the old adage of "let sleeping dogs lie", meaning don't call or write Virginia DMV at this time. Check your DMV record in about six months and then you should know one way or the other as to how DMV officials in the Commonwealth "received your NC Prayer for Judgment(which is unknown in Virginia).
