Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia

Recently got a speeding ticket while driving commercial vehicle in Virginia. I was going 70 mph on 295 (Prince George county) where posted speed limit is 70 (not a typo keep reading). Because I had a permitted (aka oversize) I was blinded to not exceed 55 mph so the trooper fined me for going 15 mph over which can have a very negative effect on me as professional driver. What is my bes t course of action in this case, trial or plea deal? I have FL DL with clean MVR

Since you apparently drive for a living, you'll obviously want to minimize the

accumulation of demerits on your driving record, and therefore it

would seem advisable for you to engage the services of an attorney

with experience in the traffic court in which you've been charged who

should be in the best position to limit that from happening in any significant way in the situation described.
