Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia

Speeding

I was flagged down on Rippon Blvd in Woodbridge. There were two cars one on each side of the road. The officers car was an unmarked Taho or Yukon. The officer was waiting to cross the street back over to the stopped car she was giving a citation too. She flagged me over and said that she stopped me for doing 52 in a 30. I asked her what she clocked me with me standing outside her vehicle facing the street and she said her radar. The officer was not in her vehicle, there was not another officer around and she didn't have a radar gun in her hand outside the vehicle. How can I fight this in court?

Re: Speeding

Show up at the courtroom on the morning scheduled for trial with your lawyer, if possible, and be prepared to procced to trial---after you(or your counsel) have explained to the prosecutor assigned to your case why, exactly, you are not guilty as charged.
