Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

if someone has 2 felony drug charges and spent 9 months in jail, is on 20 years probation for each charge and has to have drug tests once a month for 10 years. He fails 2 drug tests and is charged with destruction of property/vandalism (3probation violations)is he looking at jail time or more probation?

It's up to the judge, but I would be quite surprised if he does not go to jail, perhaps for a long time.
