What is the difference in a general power of attorney and a dual power of attorney? Thnak you.
Most likely you mean durable rather than "dual" as a POA cannot
attach to more than one person at any one time and with respect
to such definition is the equivalent of or the same as a general POA
in that it is broad in terms of its scope and longevity with respect to the
affairs of the person who is the subject of such a POA.
