Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

estate

our estate attorney w/ my sister the adminitrator, went to court to ask the judge to sell the estate home due to 2000.oo on unpaid debts yet there was over 3000.00 in the estate account. oviously the judge ruled not to sell but he didnt know there was money in the acct and ruled there be an auction to sell household inventory. my brother and i offered the judge that we pay off the remaining debt in lieu of an auction so he agreed and stated now all the household items belong to you vecause you just bought them. now my sister and the estate attorney wont do the final closing on the estate saying they want some of the personal household items which again the judge said they belong to my bro and i. the attorney refuses to let the siblings know how much his services have grown to in dollars. this is going on 2 years and yet no closure. im guessing the attorney is runing up the bill with sending letters ,etc. and all the delays. something is wrong here. what legally can we do? thank you

Re: estate

Go back to court and ask for a Show Cause Rule against this recalcitrant sister as to why she should not be found in contempt of court and appropriately sanctioned.
