Is the widower be entitled to his late wife's portion of a sister-in-laws assets when she died without a will and the estate is being divided up among his late wife's brothers and sisters. The recently deceased sister-in-law was single with no children.

The widower would likely be entitled to what his late wife actuallly had at the time of her death(and not to what she might have inherited at some future time from a sister if she [the wife] had lived).
