Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

My grandmother was put into a nursing home after my sister obtained pow, and gaurdianship her home was done as a deed of gift to my sister with her having life time rights, after my sister and the home put over in her and her husbands name and now my sister has died can my brother and I have anything done to have the home kept in our family?
