Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

My husband has wasted our money on fighting his sister in court over his father's estate which he is executor of. He has done it behind my back. Can I legally put a claim against the estate? The estate is in Ky and I am in Va.

Not a chance. Your husband's responsibility as executor gives him the right to determine which claims against the estate he should contest and which he should not. Under Virginia law, you have no interest in the estate of your husband's father and no interest in your husband inheritance unless comingles that interest with joint property.
