Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

If a lawyer helped prepare a will for my grandmother which will be leaving me a small inheritance and then he is knowingly representing my ex-husband with issues regarding finances and taking action against me. Is this a conflict of interest if this attorney knows that I may be getting an interhitance and my ex husband is coming after me for matters involving money???

Very close question. The attorney's clients are your grandmother and your ex, not you. The fact that you are a beneficiary in his client's will should at least give him pause to consider whether representing your ex is appropriate, though it's not a direct conflict.
