simple Va. Last Will & Testament

My aunt/ single/no children bequeathed property to four living heirs Feb. 2006. They are named/ relationship/ address. One was deceased April 2008 and aunt just passed 09/2008. Since amounts not specified would dristribution be equal amounts and void provision for the deceased sister?
